Northern Baltimore Counties has given us the skilled

a staff of over 20 qualified, caring professionals,

Currently, we serve over 7,500 individuals, families
and businesses in York Pa and Northern Baltimore Counties.
We continue to grow with the community we have served
for so many years.
Our History
In 1926, the agency was founded by our grandfather, Harry L. Bubb. The agency became incorporated in 1965. In 1980, the agency was purchased by our father, Fulton L. Kurtz (son-in-law of Mr. Bubb). In 1987 Dennis B. Kurtz, David L. Kurtz, and Judith L. Werner purchased the agency from their father.
The Shrewsbury Pa office opened in 1988. Since 1992,
David and Judith have managed the agency. The Dallastown
Pa office opened in December 1995 and moved to Red Lion
Pa in October 2001.
In February 1997, the New Freedom Pa and Shrewsbury
Pa offices were combined at the enlarged Shrewsbury,
Pennsylvania location. The Hanover Pa office opened
in January 2001. The Shrewsbury office moved to 70 E.
Forrest Ave., Shrewsbury Pa in December 2003. |
